Makes two 9” cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 16oz cream cheese
- 8oz sour cream
- 8oz cool whip
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cans pie filling (Blueberry or Cherry are best, or one of each)
- 2 pre-made 9” pie crusts, or you can make your own crusts
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese
- Using mixer, gradually beat in sugar
- Add sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice
- Beat with mixer until thick
- Add cool whip and pudding mix
- Beat with mixer until desired consistency
- Put into crusts
- Top each with 1 can pie filling
- Enjoy (and refrigerate leftovers, if there are any)
