Ingredients
- 1 – 2 lbs. chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Boil chicken for 30 minutes, I like to add salt, pepper, and garlic to the water
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper together and put in a 9×13 baking dish, if too dry stir some extra water in
- Lay chicken in pan
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes
