Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 lbs. chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  • Boil chicken for 30 minutes, I like to add salt, pepper, and garlic to the water
  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper together and put in a 9×13 baking dish, if too dry stir some extra water in
  • Lay chicken in pan
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes
