Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Soften and cream butter with fork
- Slowly mix sugar with butter
- Add eggs 1 at a time mix after each egg
- Add vanilla and banana and mix well
- Mix dry ingredients into mix
- Fold in walnuts
- Put in greased 9x5x3
- Bake at 350° 60-70 minutes
- Fork to test
- Cool 10 minutes in pan
- Dump product
