A legacy recipe that I have perfected over the years. This will make the best scrambled eggs you have ever had in your life! 12 might not be enough!
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for cooking)
Directions
- Step 1
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk using a fork.
- Whisk in the salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- Heat the butter in a large pan over medium low heat until melted
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan, and cook.
- Stir and scrape the eggs frequently until no liquid remains.
- Enjoy hot and fresh!
