Scrambled Eggs


A legacy recipe that I have perfected over the years. This will make the best scrambled eggs you have ever had in your life! 12 might not be enough!


Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for cooking)

Directions

  • Step 1
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk using a fork.
    • Whisk in the salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    • Heat the butter in a large pan over medium low heat until melted
    • Pour the egg mixture into the pan, and cook.
    • Stir and scrape the eggs frequently until no liquid remains.
    • Enjoy hot and fresh!
